We are seeking an experienced person to be part of the team and build their client base within our client profile. You will possess a deep understanding of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues and be conversant with midmarket CEO issues and demands. You will be a person who CEOs will be confident in partnering with to achieve their goals. You will understand the value of being associated with a global brand.
As a managing partner you will have a strong track record in consulting and sales force effectiveness disciplines and will be expected to provide immediate contributions to our practice and clients.
Ideal qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Business and/or MBA
• Consulting background is essential in the full scope of sales force effectiveness and management of multiple client simultaneously
• Demonstrated performance in business strategy execution
• An understanding of corporate operations and operational management.
• A sound understanding of the design, development and implementation of the following: Direct Sales Force Strategy; Sales Organizational Development, Management and Rewards; Sales Business Processes; Sales Technology and Infrastructure
• The ability to understand and communicate the linkages between the different topics within Sales Force Effectiveness
• Knowledge of current trends in Sales Forces
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Enthusiasm for serving clients and helping to further develop our consulting practice
As part of building the practice you are also expected to contribute to the internal development of the practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting.
Required qualifications
• Bachelor Degree/s
• 5+ years of practical experience in sales force management of large technical teams
• Sales experience demonstrating current selling practices
• Must be willingness to travel at least 75% of the time
• A broad-based and business-oriented perspective on sales issues
• Proficiency using computer software such as Excel, Word, and CRM software
