I want to resell Sales Focus International systems and consulting services. How do I apply for a Sales Focus International Partnership?
First, please fill out our Partner Application. Next, our Director will review your application and then contact to discuss your application further. Due to the considerable interest in working with Sales Focus International this can take up to five working days to reply.
Is the partnership only selling systems or is there an opportunity for consulting services?
The systems are related to sales force effectiveness along with the consulting services that are provided around them. The Partner Programme is for Sales Force Effectiveness services only..
Do I have to be a business or can an individual consultant become a Partner?
You can be either a trading business or an individual consultant however you will need to be a registered business to meet all taxation requirements within your specific country.
I am a very experienced CEO that is looking to enter consulting. Can I be a SFI Partner?
Yes. Former CEO’s are best placed to excel in this partner programme as they have the broader business experience and can appreciate the challenges of business that is being experienced by the CEO clients.
Do I have to be experienced in sales forces?
Yes. You need to have an understanding of the requirements of sales forces however you will have access to extensive training to assist you. Our best consultants are those with full business understanding and experience in many facets of business, not just a pure sales background. They understand the overall impact of decisions, processes and business requirements.
What induction training is provided by SFI?
On commencement you will be required to attend an intensive 5 day training programme with Adele Crane, Managing Director. This will provide you with information on the products, sales and marketing your services and delivery of consulting services with your clients. You will also be required to complete two core programmes prior attending the training to have a full understanding of SFI methodology.
What on-going training is provided by SFI?
Each quarter you will have the opportunity to attend specific training to assist you in the Partner Programme along with an Annual Conference for all Partners. SFI also has a mentoring programme to assist you outside of these events to ensure you are best placed to succeed with your Partner Programme.
Are there costs associated with the training?
Yes. The costs for travelling to and attending the training are for the Partners. Programmes are conducted at the most central location to all Partners.
Do I have to have an office to become a Partner as I am a sole trading consultant?
No. At Sales Focus International we understand that many consultants like to work from home. We do however require that you have the telephone answered professionally with your business name. This can be done through virtual office services at a low cost each month
Are Partners required to generate their own leads?
Yes. At SFI we believe that you cannot educate a business to be pro-active in finding new business if you personally are unable to perform the task. We will provide you with some leads however we look for people and consulting firms who are entrepreneurial and can drive their own business and portfolio of clients.
What marketing does Sales Focus International do?
Sales Focus International continues to raise the brand awareness through publications, direct mail campaigns to target industries CEO’s, release of new books and key note speaking engagements and major sponsorship of specific events. Partners will be able to benefit from those leads generated by Sales Focus International
Do you provide an opening marketing campaign to assist us get started?
Yes. Depending on the time you commence, you will be able to benefit from SFI marketing activities and gain leads from us.
Is there a partnership agreement that I can review?
Yes after qualifying to be a partner we can make agreements available for you. The agreement is a franchise agreement and subject to franchise laws in your region.
Is there a cost to become a partner?
Yes. Membership in the Sales Focus International Partner Programme is an annual subscription plus the induction fee in the first year. Each partner level has a corresponding annual fee. See the Partner Benefits Matrix for the fees.
Do I need computer or programming technical expertise for the systems aspect of the partnership?
No. Sales Focus International will look after all the technical aspects of the products and support desk leaving you to focus on the coaching and delivery of services. The only skills you require is to using the standard Microsoft Office Products.
How do I ensure I can deliver on the guarantees that are on your website to my clients?
We would expect you to be focused on delivery results for your clients as that is the premise of the association between you and your client. SFI will train you how to deliver those results with your clients.
Can I sell other CRM packages with your suite of products?
Yes but you must be aware that Sales Focus International recommended CRM is designed specifically to integrate with all our products. By not using our recommended CRM your clients will not get the full benefit of the systems.
As a partner, am I required to deliver sales training?
No. Sales Focus International has a extensive suite of online training programmes to assist your clients and the ability to develop customised in-house training for those with larger teams. Customised in-house training is based on e-learning and becomes an asset of their company.
If I want to deliver training via classroom training, can we do that?
Yes. We can provide you with the folders / handouts and all other information you need to run a professional programme.
Can I be a partner for Sales Training only?
Yes, we have Training only specific partners who are able to deliver both classroom training and utilise the online training programmes. Training Partners also have access to the Competency Testing and to utilise Knowledge Ladder with their customers for reinforcement programmes. To find out more please click here.
As a partner, what are the guidelines for using Sales Focus International branding in association with my business?

Can I join at any level of the partner options?
No. All partners must start as Bronze partners to ensure you gain the right training and education.
What currency are those rates quoted in?
Currency Rates are for regions. Australia – Australian Dollars. New Zealand – New Zealand Dollars. All other countries are in US dollars.
Can I include other products within the SFI systems to enhance the offering to my client?
No. Only approved products are to be used under the banner of SFI. You can deliver non sales related services to the client however all services and products related to sales must be under the SFI methodology and products.
How are leads managed by Sales Focus International?
All partners are required to register leads they are working on to ensure there is no conflict with other partners. Once registered no other consultants or Sales Focus International will approach that client. Enquires made directly to Sales Focus International will be passed to the geographically nearest consultant with the relevant partner level and industry experience required.
Does Sales Focus International operate hired consultants delivering services in the market?
No. Sales Focus International is dedicated to its partner programme and the only contracts that are accepted are a very limited number of specialist assignments by our CEO.
Do I need my own website?
Yes. We require that all partners have their own website. We can assist you in the development of a website if you currently do not have one.
How often is the library of information we have access to updated?
The library is constantly being updated on a day to day basis as new information from research and other partners is identified. The library is a shared resource with many contributions being made due to the differing assignments people are engage in.
